Tomorrowland 2026: Technical

Welcome to the Tomorrowland Artist Form! This form is designed to gather all the necessary information before our deadlines. Below, you will find the registration form to request your backline material for your performance at Tomorrowland 2025. Please fill it out completely and accurately to ensure a smooth and successful setup for your performance.

Due to change-over limitations we are forced to share backline equipment, to reduce errors and keep center and clean stage at all times.

Please share your logo with us so we can display it on our LED wall during the event (if present at the stage). We prefer a PNG file with a transparent background and white lettering. If you have an Aftereffects file, please provide this as well. You can upload multiple files if needed.

Unfortunately it’s not possible to schedule line and sound-checks.

CONSENT

1. The stage's light setup is an integral part of the stage design and cannot be modified. Artists and their teams are not permitted to alter the production's light setup, and the purchaser is unable to accommodate any preferences in this regard.
2. For any SFX or fireworks requests we cannot confirm the numbers requested by the artists.

Tomorrowland creates its own show and therefor decides the programming of SFX, fireworks etc. As we have really high standards at the festival we don’t communicate about the SFX allocation. Unfortunately, it’s also not possible to purchase extra’s.

3. The Artist acknowledges and accepts that the Event Organizer creates and produces its own entertainment shows. As such, the Event Organizer shall not be obliged to accommodate any Artist’s preferences for pyrotechnics and/or special effects.
4. The Artist acknowledges and accepts that, only upon Artist’s explicit request, Event Organizer shall perform a line check prior to Artist’s performance at the Festival. The Artist shall direct his request in this respect to Event Organizer’s artist production team.
5. Tomorrowland contract and media clearance serve as written consent for recording audio or visual content of the artist's performance. For any questions related to media clearance, please contact artistmedia@tomorrowland.com.
