In order to be able to handle all individual requests in time, we will need to receive the detailed information in advance.

Please provide us with a telephone number of a person who is joining the artist on site on day of show.
Due to limited capacity in our backstage area, we only provide 2 crew accreditation per artist.
Upon receipt of your flight details, we will coordinate ground transportation for the artist, facilitating travel from the airport to the hotel and onward to the venue. To accommodate potential heavy traffic near the venue, kindly ask to schedule the arrival at Brussel/Antwerp Airport at least 4 hours before the show time.
The hotel is included in the deal.
In the advancing email we sent, the amount and hotel + nights agreed upon in the deal/confirmation email are included. We'll send the hotel details in the itinerary.
