Welcome to the Tomorrowland Artist Form! This form is designed to gather all the necessary information before our deadlines. Below, you will find the registration form to request your backline material for your performance at Tomorrowland Brasil 2025. Please fill it out completely and accurately to ensure a smooth and successful setup for your performance.

Please share your logo with us so we can display it on our LED wall during the event (if present at the stage). We prefer a PNG file with a transparent background and white lettering. If you have an Aftereffects file, please provide this as well. You can upload multiple files if needed.

Unfortunately it’s not possible to schedule line and sound-checks.

CONSENT

1. The light set up for the Stage is integrated into the stage design itself and cannot be changed. Therefore, Artist and Company cannot alter the design of the production in any way and Purchaser shall not accommodate Artist or Company’s preferences for light setup.
2. For any SFX or fireworks requests we cannot confirm the numbers requested by the artists.

Tomorrowland creates its own show and therefor decides the programming of SFX, fireworks etc. As we have really high standards at the festival we don’t communicate about the SFX allocation. Unfortunately, it’s also not possible to purchase extra’s.

3. The Artist acknowledges and accepts that the Event Organizer creates and produces its own entertainment shows. As such, the Event Organizer shall not be obliged to accommodate any Artist’s preferences for pyrotechnics and/or special effects.
4. The Artist acknowledges and accepts that, only upon Artist’s explicit request, Event Organizer shall perform a line check prior to Artist’s performance at the Festival. The Artist shall direct his request in this respect to Event Organizer’s artist production team.
5. Tomorrowland contract & media clearance will be used as written consent for any recordings of sound or images of the Artist's performance. please mail artistmedia@tomorrowland.com for any clearance related questions.
CONSENT
